Support and Troubleshooting
Developers need reliable tools that can be set up quickly and work consistently.
We've set up multiple channels of communication that you can use to contact our team if you have any questions or issues at any point in your Livecycle journey.
Livecycle Discord Server
We've opened a dedicated Livecycle Discord server that you can use to contact our team or post questions to other Livecycle users. We've added several channels that you can use as needed. For technical issues and troubleshooting, we suggest you use the #support channel, or message one of the Livecycle moderators directly.
If you're new to Discord and need a little help getting started, you might find this guide helpful.
Intercom Chat
Another way to contact our team is with the Intercom chat feature that we've built into the Livecycle site. You'll see the chat icon on the bottom-right corner of the Livecycle page. Just open this chat window when needed and let us know how we can help. If we're not available in real time, we'll get back to you ASAP.
Twitter
Follow us on Twitter @get_livecycle. You can tweet at us with any question, comment or suggestion. You can also send us a direct message.
